"We booked at the last minute without seeing any reviews. Lovely family run guest house. We received a very warm welcome the accommodation was very reasonably priced. The room was spotlessly clean with and the bed had fresh smelling, crisp, white cotton sheets. Great breakfast. Only a short walk to the town centre. Would definitely return and recommend this accommodation."
"This was our first stay here and it won't be our last. The rooms are spotless, linen crisp and clean, breakfasts good and filling. room was spacious and warm. We had an on suite twin and there was nothing at all to harp about. I have stayed in many places and paid more for a lot less. Don't look elsewhere, stay here."

"Thank you" Lorraine and Michael (and Lorraine's mum) for a wonderful, relaxing stay! The room was warm and inviting after our long journey. In the morning we were welcomed to breakfast by Lorraine who was very friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was very very hearty with a full english, tea or coffee, orange juice and toast. It was lovely!! We have stayed there now on three or four occasions and are planning our next visit. Looking forward to seeing you again soon."
